"Feedback on My Stay I booked a room for 3 days with the expectation of a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, my stay has been extremely disappointing. • On the first day, the Wi-Fi was not working, which already disrupted my plans as a tourist in Delhi. • Today, there has been no water supply for over 5 hours. Despite repeatedly raising complaints, every time I was told, “the water will come in 2 minutes.” Yet, even after hours, the problem remains unresolved. • The room hygiene was equally unacceptable. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows all had visible stains and marks, raising serious doubts about whether they are washed properly after each guest checks out. This has completely collapsed my itinerary and caused immense inconvenience. If guests cannot even use basic facilities like clean bedding or a functional washroom, then what is the point of booking a hotel room? The lack of responsibility and seriousness from the management is unacceptable. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t know if the management will even read this feedback — and if they do, whether they will take such issues seriously in the future. To all fellow travelers: please think twice before booking this hotel. It is not worth the stress, time, or money. They are not even worth a single star. Thank you."
